the location was acceptable.

The room i got did not resemble the pictures online at all. it felt barren. There were no pictures or decorations on the walls. the bedside tables were metal drums and the mattress was worn out, so it was uncomfortable. there was also a constant, odd noise in the room. Only the air conditioning drowned it out so i could sleep.

The location proved really good. It was close to all attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any inquiries.

The photos online showed a different picture from the actual hotel. The room I received was not a 4-star experience. The carpet looked rather old and unclean. The remote for the television did not work initially.

The location was convenient! i found it near shops and public transport. the breakfast had a good variety of options. my room included a comfortable bed..

the room seemed a bit dated. some of the furniture had visible wear. the safe did not work, and i had to ask for assistance. the lack of tea and coffee in the room was a slight disappointment?

I found the staff to be friendly. They accommodated my early check-in request and provided helpful information. My room was quite spacious, and I was very happy to find complimentary tea and coffee available all day. The location worked SO well, with easy access to public transport and major attractions within walking distance.

the lighting in the room was DIM, making it a little difficult to read at night.
